Prescriptions of Peru I

Today I share with you 1 of 3 prescriptions of Peru (the amounts are for a portion)

Stuffed Rocoto with shrimpspery lucy (3)

2 spoonfuls of olive oil

1 spoonful of grazes of tomato

½ cup of white wine

100g of cheese mozarella

50g of cheese parmesan

½ Pope

1 lemon
