2008 Sofia, Vine of Liceaga, Baja California, Mexico

SofiaThis new project of Vine of Liceaga is a mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Merlot (80%).

Of slight color (like its Melvin brother) and with nose a little but closed. Little by little it offers the aromas of blackberry and plum, somewhat surary notes dulzonas, slight floral notes.

In mouth one feels light, especiado, dulzón, with load of wood and a somewhat milky touch. Very docile and amiable.

Sofia is done a wine xenical roche me xenical roche complex than Melvin but it is much more easy to take. I believe that he is one of those wines with which never you are bad, although for my it falls in the proposals that already are known.

Price: $180 (in wine-making) Qualification: 82

Good wine, seems to me interesting the note that it has of strawberry, surary fruits. I do xenical overnight believe that it is a very powerful wine, but has good balance and I agree that word defines the docile it perfectly. Great xenical roche of Chinese kitchen or meats with xenical roche sauces. Greetings
